Wedding Coordination

Want someone on-site for the day to ensure everything runs smoothly? Hire a wedding Coordinator!

The following is included (Up to 10 Hours):

2 planning pros: 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Assistant
Unlimited virtual meetings 8 weeks prior to confirm finalized itinerary
Assistance with ceremony procession, traditional rites, reception entrances & timeline cues
Vendor Communication & Management
Timeline Management
Assisting with guest needs / ushering guests to their seats
Assisting with wedding party (if applicable)
Family photo call-out assistance (on-site)
Wedding emergency kit
Wedding rehearsal incl. (subject to availability)

Prices may differ depending on guest count, city location & additional on-site staff:

- Micro weddings (0-50 guests) $1000

- Small/medium weddings ( 50 - 175 guests) $1250

- Large weddings (176 - 300 guests) $1500
