Day-Of-Coordination

​Let's work together to bring your vision to life. Want someone on-site for the day to ensure everything runs smoothly? Hire a Day of Coordinator!

​

The following is included (10 hours) :

​

  • 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Assistant

  • Unlimited meetings 4-6 weeks prior to confirm finalized itinerary

  • Assistance with ceremony procession

  • Personal Decor Set up

  • Vendor Management

  • Timeline Management

  • Assisting with guest needs / ushering guests to their seats

  • Assisting with wedding party (if applicable)

  • Oversee personal items & gifts

  • Wedding emergency kit

 

Add-ons:

Tear Down service for $200

Wedding Rehearsal for $75

Final venue walk through for $75

Guest counts between 150 - 250 = $1000

Guest counts over 250 = $1200

Individual Services

If you don't need the whole package, but require something à la carte - let us know about the individual service you require.

  • Simple Set up (2.5 hours of service)

    • Less than 150 guests - $300
