Starting at $1000

Wedding Coordination

​Let's work together to bring your vision to life. Want someone on-site for the day to ensure everything runs smoothly? Hire a wedding Coordinator!

​

The following is included (10 Hours):

​

  • 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Assistant (for 150+ guests)

  • Unlimited meetings 8 weeks prior to confirm finalized itinerary

  • Assistance with ceremony procession, reception entrances & timeline cues

  • Minimal Personal Decor Set up

  • Vendor Management

  • Timeline  Management

  • Assisting with guest needs / ushering guests to their seats

  • Assisting with wedding party (if applicable)

  • Family photo call-outs (on-site)

  • Wedding emergency kit

 

Add-ons:

Tear Down service for $200

Wedding Rehearsal for $75

Final venue walk through for $75

Guest counts between 151 - 250 = $1200

Guest counts between 251 - 350 (max) = $1400

Individual Services

If you don't need the whole package, but require something à la carte - let us know about the individual service you require.

    • Freelance wedding assistance for a lead wedding planner​

  • Event Coordination (non-wedding) - $750

    • Birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, holiday events​

  • Tear Down (only) - $350

    • Includes: packaging decor, disposal of unwanted items and vehicle loading assistance (no decor delivery).​
